Hi everyone, I genuinely hope my post makes it to the right people and my challenges are taken into considering.

It has been about three weeks since I made up my mind to build my presence within steemit. Prior to making any post, I took a week to study the system and made mock-ups for all 10 of my achievement posts. I was certain before end of the week, I will be half way done with my achievement posts and in 2 weeks I would be a pro-newcommer, exploring the ecosystem like a fish in sea. My expectations have not been met to say the least.

I had to make my achievement 3 post 3 times and actively follow my post up before it got verified, my achievement 4 post is looking like it will follow the same path which is demoralizing.
I have been an active steemian yet my blog page shows:

My reputation is at 44 whilst others with 2 posts have a reputation of 46. I am not one to point fingers but something isn't right.

Making a post takes time and effort, I abandoned my other responsibilities to study the necessary etiquette to be here because I actually enjoy writing and I believe in what the blockchain technology specifically the crypto industry can do for the masses.
I am not getting good vibes for my effort and it is demoralising.

Dear Steemit, I read that your goal is "to connect billions of people to the best social network platform that can bring value back to the people in a peer-to-peer and decentralized way using the power of the Steem blockchain and cryptocurrencies"

The peer-to-peer nature of Steemit needs to be re-looked at and new commers like myself need to feel like they are being fairly treated.
Your curation method needs to be looked at, it is sad to say but the fact is, without human nature in the primary operation of the blockchain, it was made fair and immutable.

Good night.
