Problems

• not being able to get a ticket vendor due to venue of ticket sales
• inability to cancel ticket ordered
• standing for hours at a ticket box office just to get a ticket
• lack of helpline when using a ticketing platform

using tika app you don't have to worry about the above problems anymore with tika

• fast delivery
• costumer care help line available
• automatic login once registered
• multiple ticket option

Tika App Features

this app should be simple for users to interact with, i will be implementing features and icons already familiar to users so they can feel comfortable while using the app.

writing this case study on "Tika" my app design i have been able to put my understanding of markdown into practice.
