I'm in the person of Issahaku Abdul-Rashid, here again to share an experience in my groundnut farm with you.
That is my farm land which I'm farming whilst schooling at the University. It has been a great joy to me but then other people feel for me in a way that, i have been able to balance them both. In the beginning of the raining season i usually make sure the land is cleared for ploughing , when the rain starts more seriously i then spread the groundnuts around the field for the tractor to plough over it. 3-4 days later the groundnuts starts to germinate, then a week later every seedling is well established for growth.
Afterwards, i look for people to weed the grasses that are in the field. That is, if school resumes and i wouldn't be around to do that by my self. 3 months later the groundnuts will be ready for harvesting.
