My Fellow Steemians, goodwill felicitations from me to you. As important to the Basic Completion of Achievement 2, I'll be talking about the Basic Security on the Steem platform, what's basically needed to be known called the "Basics" after having to introduce myself to members of this platform,I'll explain basic Security in Steem, the Five (5) permission keys in Steemit etc.

I'll start by defining the word "Security" then I'll answer 5 basic questions necessary for this achievement task.

Security

The Term "Security" as defined by me in Simple and Clear terms is the Shielding and protecting of Something of any kind from any sort of Attack, danger or threat of any kind to avoid damage or Loss.

Basic Security in Steemit

The main Objective of this Achievement task is to gain insight knowledge build up on the Steem Platform and Understanding how it's been run.
Basic Security in Steemit are the measures Taken by the organisation to minimize threats to it's Lowest by giving users the insights against unnecessary threats from different angles.

Question 1

Have you retrieved your Steemit permission keys?
Ans: Yes I retrieved it when signing up and it is saved in my Google drive in case my phone has faults

Question 2

Do you know the functions of the five permission keys in steemit?

They are five Basics Permission keys Used in Steem for different purposes which will be stated below. They include:

Master key
Memo key
Active key
Posting key and
Owner Key.

Master Key: This key is Super to None, used to generate other permission keys such like the posting key,owner key,memo key.If lost the Users account is Gone and Lost.
Posting Key: The Basic functions of this key is for Logging into this site/platform,performing social networking functions upfront. Other functions includes commenting, following and Upvoting posts and also publication of posts too etc.
Owner Key: Been the Most important key this platform is used for recovering Accounts that must have been compromised in one way or another.
Active Key: It is Used for Powering up rewards and redeeming rewards,powering up liquid steems.
Basically,it is used for transactions.
Memo Key: Basic functions is just for encrypting and decrypting memos,messages and transactions in an Account.

Question 3

How do you plan to save your master key
I planned and I've already done that offline which I consider the best.

Question 4

Do You know how to transfer your liquid steem token to another account or user?

Yes I know and it's shown below

First login to your steemit wallet. After logging in with your posting key, click on the drop down arrow close to your steem icon and then click on transfer.

The next page that would show is which user you want to transfer to and how many steems. After inputing those, you click on okay.

You then confirm your transaction if there's need to cancel. After confirmation, you process it with your active key and then you're done.

Question 5

Do you know how to power up your liquid steem?

YES and it's the same step applicable with question 4. It's only that you'll have to click on power up after clicking on the drop down arrow close to your steem.

The next page will show you the amount of steem you want to power up and then click on power up.

Confirm and then process.
