Hello good people of steemit here is my last achievement post many thanks to you all expecially the Steem greeter team you guys have been wonderful.lets kick start here.

Entities, how do the steemit voting and curation system work?

When we talk about voting and curation is practically the same, now in the steemit ecosystem we have the people holding specific accounts, they are the steemit curators, we have the steemcurator01, steemcurator02, steemcurator03, and so on they have a larger voting power remem the higher your power you voting strength.

But an individual in the ecosystem can decide to beat steemcurators if only he is willing to invest massively thereby buying enough steem power and he can practically use it for voting witnesses only. This is practically how voting and curation works.

From the image uploaded you can see the two people voted on my post but due to the fact that steemcurator03, has more steempo my post entered something, that's how it usually works the higher the steem-power the higher your reward.

What happens if you vote on a post within 5 minutes of posting?

Publications will be shared depending on the timing of your votes if you vote in 3minutes, 5minutes, and so on different publications for different votes but in general votes are bisected into two authors reward and curators reward.

Let's say you voted under voted under 3 minutes, 60% will go to the curator and 40% belongs to the reward group. That's practically how it works.

Who will you vote for as a witness? because ?

Answering this question I have to explore steemworld.org for further illustration. There are many witnesses.

This are the people I voted for as my witness simple because they are the developer of the various platforms been exploited.

What community would you join? why?

I will like to join @steem-food, and I also like @steemceyptoAcademy too simply because I love and cherish crypto related things hopefully it pays off. For steem food I love a platform where I can exercise my cooking habit.

For steemcryptoacademy I'm very much quality what I'm wai for is for my reputation to rise up to 50 then I will be good to go.

I will also like to join world of expilliars I will love to participate in every contests thing that will expanciate my ideas and all the rest

I will also like to join steemalive they are really doing well . Inshort I will join all the communities yes I love steemit platform
