Hello Friends,

So far I am very understanding about plagiarism and also very dangerous for every person because of plagiarism when we are taking ownership rights or the work of other people's posts without the permission and knowledge of the owner ( owner ).

Then do not misunderstand the work of others we can use when the owner allows it in the category of concepts accompanying the source or source of the complete owner in every post we upload.

What can we post to Steemit?

There are so many things that we can share or post on steemit for example as contained in the Steemit FAQ, such as posting photos, quotes, blogs, anecdotes, videos, memes, songs, and many others, but every work we share of course there are rules and regulations that we must follow.

The Concept of "Proof of Brain"

As we know Steemit rewards every original post that qualifies curation in every community they post, because the original content is very important here when taking photos or quotes belonging to others but we must include sources to appreciate their work.

How to Cite the Right Source?

Steemit does not allow if we only write "sources from Google" only, but we must paste or copy the original link of the quote we take. But we have to paste the source of the quote on every word, sentence and paragraph or even a photo.

Example quote:

For example, I take a quote on Google so I have to display the source after the quote in the following way using the > sign and then write the quote you took.

>India, officially the Republic of India, is a country in South Asia. It is the seventh-largest country by area, the second-most populous country, and the most populous democracy in the world.[source](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/India)

Then the result would be like this:

India, officially the Republic of India, is a country in South Asia. It is the seventh-largest country by area, the second-most populous country, and the most populous democracy in the world.source

Steem's code of conduct

Steemit does not directly explain the Code of Ethics of the terst platform but there are some writings from Steemit officials that many parties are proposed to follow as a guide or a guideline for us in playing in the field of Steemit.

What is plagiarism?

Plagiarism is the abbomination or taking of works belonging to the rights of others without permission and made as if it were his own work.

If we want to utilize or take the right of others it is mandatory to paste or copy the source because to appreciate the work of others with the idea they create until it becomes a work.
