What’s Is Plagiarism?

"Plagiarism is the representation of another author’s language, thought, ideas, or expression of one’s original work" source

Plagiarism is a word gotten from the Latin word “Plagiarus” which means kidnapper, in the 1st century. It was initiated by a Roman poet, to denote someone who steals another person’s creative work. This means the fight against plagiarism has long begun, and this affects so many persons involved in creative art; journalists, poets, bloggers, artists, scriptwriters, professors, and so on.
This singular act is similar to stealing someone property and is a violation of academic integrity and ethics, and it’s subjected to sanctions such as;
• Penalties
• Suspension and
• Expulsion
Not only that, did you know that healthy brains don’t do plagiarism.

This is a logical statement that shows individuals’ incapacity to be creative, there is this saying that if you want to be rich, go learn from the rich. Creativity doesn’t start in a day, it’s a daily process. Just as to be a man, is not a day job.
