Greetings fellow steemian.

I here by appear ones again on this article with the target of completing my achievement 4 post.

Here, on this article I will be discussing the topic "nutrient" mentioning some essential food nutrient
that is healthy on our daily wellbeing

WHAT IS NUTRITION.?

"the process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth.
also the act of replenishing lost body vitamins and minerals by eating a balanced diet."

There are 6 fundamental supplements that the body needs to work appropriately. Supplements are compounds in food sources vital forever and wellbeing, giving us energy, the structure blocks for fix and development and substances important to direct synthetic cycles.

There are six significant supplements
Carbohydrates (CHO).
Lipids (fats)
Proteins. ( amino acid)
Vitamins A,B, and E.
Minerals.
Water H2O.

what food groups are the primary sources of each of the following ?

GROUPSSOURCE
Proteinsmeat, dairy, vegetables, nuts, fish, eggs.
Carbspasta, rice, oats, breads, potatoes, milk, natural product, sugar
Lipids(most generally called fats)oils, spread, margarine, nuts, seeds, avocados and olives, meat and fish .
Mineralsegg, carrot, oil
Vitamin A, C, etcOrange , banana , apples
Water.watermelon , cucumber.

Nutrients: normal nutrients incorporate the water solvent B bunch nutrients and nutrient C and the fat dissolvable nutrients A, D, E and K

Products of the soil are for the most part great wellsprings of Vitamin C and An and folic corrosive (a B bunch nutrient)

Grains and oats are for the most part great good source of the B bunch nutrients and fiber

I have been able to convey little knowledge of what I learnt in primary school years ago.
