INTRODUCTION
Hello Steemians It is a great pleasure to be a part of this great nation. I joined this platform July 2023,as a novice but with the help and encouragement of a friend who is also a part of this great nation.
Asides boosting my creativity,thinking and writing I was informed I could earn from this platform at the comfort of my home.
This is my short introductory post. I hope to be acknowledged and welcomed into this great nation.
ABOUT ME
My name is Joy Jumbo Uko,proudly known and called Jumbo by friends and acquaintances. I am from Onna Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom state,Nigeria.
I am the last child of a family of 4,a single Dad,one boy and two girls.
I am 21 years old.A student of banking and finance 400lvl,faculty of management science,University of uyo (popularly known as Uniuyo for short) in Akwa Ibom State.
HOBBIES
I love to meet up with friends and have fun but I also love staying at the comfort of my home to have my own alone time.
I love watching movies especially romance,adventures,animes and any movie that has to do with investigations.
I love reading novels,singing and listening to popular songs mostly afro and hip pop
I love writing too,I started writing novels when I was in grade school and I know I am in the write place cause I know I'll learn more from this platform
HOW I KNEW ABOUT THIS PLATFORM
I knew about this platform through my friend and best buddy @davidmarkgeorge who is also a member of this platform. He always boast on how he earns online only by writing contents in an online platform called Steemit.
At first I didn't believe him cause I've heard about fake online platforms that pays and I skeptical when he told me to join.
He told me it will take my time but it will certainly be worth it, I kept ignoring him cause I still didn't believe I would earn from it not until he showed me proof.
Indeed there's a platform that pays for my thoughts and writing. Asides from earning,going through people's pages I discovered that i can also get in the know of things I didn't know of and get more knowledge of things I already knew/know of and also impact same to others.
I'll love to share interesting facts about me,my environment,language,food culture etc.
So I'd love and appreciate it if you all follow me @jrising in order not to miss out on my contents.
