My name is @kaif70 , & I've already completed Achievement 1. Today, I will announce that I will complete Achievement 2, which focuses on the Steemit platform's fundamental security measures. Due to my lack of confidence at the time, I took a while to write this post. Despite this, I am encouraged by what I have learned and presented in this post.
Steemit is a social media platform built on a blockchain that lets users use the Steem cryptocurrency to create and curate content. It was sent off in 2016 and has since developed to become quite possibly of the most famous decentralized social medium stages.
It's critical to ensure safety; for this steemit account, you ought to have huge information to comprehend the force of Steem keys. I will go over the questionnaire to learn about the keys and how they work and respond accordingly.
Keep the keys safe:-
We should take the necessary precautions to guarantee the keys' safety.
Every one of those keys in the PDF document are separated into two sections:
- Tron account
- Steemit private keys
Tron Account-
A Tron account is an account created on the Tron blockchain and linked to a Steemit account. It allows Steemit users to access and use the new version of Steemit on the Tron blockchain and store and transfer TRX cryptocurrency.
Steemit Private Keys-
In Steemit, private keys are cryptographic keys used to authenticate and authorize transactions on the blockchain. There are two types of private keys: owner key and active key, which should be kept secure and not shared with anyone.
Private Posting Key-
the private posting key is a type of private key used to encrypt and sign user posts and comments. It's separate from the private active key, which is used for other activities like transferring funds, to help with security management and limit damage if one key is compromised.
Private Memo Key-
The private memo key in Steemit is used to encrypt and decrypt private messages. It should be kept secure and not shared with anyone.
Private Active Key-
the private active key is used to sign and authorize transactions, such as transferring funds or voting on content. It provides more limited access than the owner key, but still enables important actions on the platform. The private active key should be kept secure and not shared with anyone.
Private Owner Key-
the private owner key is the most powerful of the three types of private keys. It provides full control over the account, including recovery if lost or stolen. The private owner key should be kept extremely secure and never shared with anyone.
Master Key/Password-
The master password in Steemit is used to access the account and control the private keys. It should be kept secure and not shared with anyone. The master password generates the three types of private keys necessary for different activities on the platform.
Steemit Public Keys-
private keys are used to secure the account and perform various actions. There are three types of private keys generated using the master password: owner key, active key, and posting key. Private keys should be kept secure and not shared with anyone to protect the account and assets.
The current discussion is now complete.
