🌹Sabse pahle hum kadhai ko garm karte hain, garm ho Jane ke baad usme ab sarso ka tel daalenge, jab sarso ka tel garm ho Jaye to usme aadha chhoti chammach khadaa jira dalenge, uske baad usme Kate hue pyaz daal kar halka laal hone tak bhun lein, fir usme ek chammach meat masala powder daale, chhoti aadhi chammach Balck paper powder, swadanusar black salt or sea salt add kare, ab Esme aadhi chhoti chammach haldi add kare or ese 3 min.tak soute karle.🌹*
🌺Ab grind kiye gaye masale ko kadhai me daale ( dhaniya, 2 Kate hue pyaz, lehsun, adrak, jeera, laal mirch, Kali mirch, dalchini)🌺
Kadhai me masale daal kar achhi tarah bhun le, bhun Jane k baad usme Pani daal de Pani halka khoulne Lage to usme paneer(cheese) add kare.
🌺Ab medium flame par kadhai garm hone de 5 se 8 min. Tak ya jab tak Pani me ubal na aajaye tab thoda dhaniya patta daal kar flame off kar de.🌺
🍽️Ab ready hai hamara gravy panir (cheese)🍽️
