My fitness journey started when I was in high school. I was always interested in sports, but it wasn't until I started lifting weights that I really fell in love with fitness. I quickly realized that I had a natural talent for building muscle and decided to pursue a career in fitness modeling.

My approach to fitness is simple: I believe in a balanced diet and regular exercise. I don't believe in fad diets or extreme workout routines. Instead, I encourage my clients to make small changes to their lifestyle that they can sustain over the long-term.
