Hi Steemians 🙋🏻‍♀️ great days ahead and I’m so excited to proceed to my next stage achievement 2 in this Steemit platform. Again thank you so much to my dearly friend @cryptokannon for every well assistance to proceed into this next stage, grooming the newbie like me here in this steemit community. I’m so grateful as well to found this great platform.
It take me few days to really understand the value of this Steem and how important for us to know the basic security to keep our own password into the safe place so it won’t easily get stalk or stole by third or others party.

HAVE YOU RETRIEVE ALL YOUR KEYS IN STEEMIT?

• Yes I did. Because I know the value of it. I had retrieve my keys into some safe places. I did download the PDF file for this steemit keys that had been generated after I registered my steemit account. Now I have all access into all of my keys.

DO YOU KNOW EACH OF THIS KEYS FUNCTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS?

• Yes I did. From what that I have read and understood

POSTING KEYS
The Posting Key is used for the least secure facets of the blockchain.
•This key is the most used key to do posting posts or articles for steem
•To do commenting and reply to another post
•To do upvoting and downvoting to another post

ACTIVE KEYS
The Active Key is mostly used for financial aspects of Steem, relating to your Steem balances and SBD reserves
•This key is used to do transferring Steem or SBD out of your account
• To do transferring Steem or SBD into your savings
•To do changing account settings (such as your profile picture)

OWNER KEYS
The Owner Key is the most powerful and important key. It includes the "master power" and can do literally anything to your account.
•This key is the most powerful and important, it used to do compromised account recovery and it also performs actions like changing or generate every other key including the owner key
•This key is used to do everything the posting key can do like post, comment and vote
•To do everything the active key can do like transfer funds, change settings
•To do vote for Steem witnesses

MEMO KEYS
This is used to read and create memos, especially during fund transfers.

HOW DO YOU PLAN TO KEEP YOUR MASTER PASSWORD?
•This key is the seed to all of the others keys. All of others keys is derived from this single master password. And this will use to do recovery on our steemit account. So it is important for me to keep this key in the safe storage. I plan to keep this key into online and offline digital storage and write it down into my own memo. And make sure not pass it to third party.

HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR STEEM TOKEN TO ANOTHER STEEM USER ACCOUNT

1. First login to your steemit account using your user name and postings key
2. Then click on the labelled wallet
3. Next on the tab labelled Steem, click on the upside down triangle symbol options will pop up , then click on the action transfer.
4. Then next on the opened page type the Steem account username you want to transfer to and the amount and click on next, a new page will be opened, verify the information and then click on
   confirm. Done

HOW TO DO POWER UP STEEM, STEEM POWER?

1. First login to your steemit account using your user name and postings key
2. Then click on the labelled wallet
3. Next on the tab labelled Steem, click on the upside down triangle symbol options will pop up , then click on the action Power Up.
4. Then next you will be asked how much Steem you want to power up, insert that and click on the power up button. Done.
   After a few seconds your Steem power will increase.
