Q1: Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

Steemit is a reward based platform, we can earn by working here. Here we write blogs and we earn from those blogs we write. This whole thing happens through voting and curation. Below I discuss what I understand about voting and
curation.

VOTING

On Steemit we can vote in two ways, one is upvote and the other is downvote. The green colored up arrow in the part I marked is the upvote button. And the red down arrow button is for downvoting.

If someone publishes good content here, we will encourage him by upvoting him, . And if anyone does plagiarism or any kind of sperming then we will downvote him.

CURATION

If you upvote someone's blog, they will get a reward that will be payout within 7 days, it's called Curation. If you vote 100% on someone's post, 2% of your voting power will be subtracted from your voting power, This way you can vote 100% on total 10 posts per day.

Voting Power is automatically recharged at the rate of 20% every day. When you vote on someone's post, you become a curator, you will get your curation reward after 7 days when the post payouts.

Q2: What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

There are some rules in curation, I am mentioning those rules below.

• If you ever vote for someone's post as soon as they publish it, you'll get 0% curation rewards.

• Curator will get 20% reward, if the post is voted 1 minute after it is published.

• Curator will get 40% reward, if the post is voted 2 minute after it is published.

• Curator will get 60% reward, if the post is voted 3 minute after it is published.

• Curator will get 80% reward, if the post is voted 4 minute after it is published.

• Curator will get 100% reward, if the post is voted 5 minute after it is published.

Q3: Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?
