Today I want to share with you my achievement number 2.
This achievement is very important as
it talks about the security of our steemit account.
The information should be basic and simple so that other colleagues can easily understand it and be useful.
Number (1)
Have you got and saved all steemit key and password?
My answer is yes
When I got my steemit password, I devoted myself to making a backup to make sure you don't lose it because our passwords are sensitive to other important things, so we will protect them very much
Number (2)
How do you save your master password? When I got my master password, I immediately saved it on my phone memory and on my laptop. Also, I saved my master password to my Gmail account
Number (3)
Do you know any of these key roles and contraindications? My answer is yes, I am carefully checking all these keys and appreciate how steemit takes care of our data. In fact, your Steem account is protected with different keys, each with a purpose.
Now, I explain each of them below.
(Master key)
When you first create your Steem account, you will receive a master password. A master password or key is used to log into your steam account and you can use this master key to change your other keys. It is very important to keep it, because if it is lost once, you will not be able to get it back.
(Owner key)
It is a very important key and is different from the master password. You have full rights to the steam account. The owner's key is used if necessary. This is the most powerful key because it can change any account key. The owner's key can transfer all funds to your account. So keep it a secret.
(active key)
It is used in relation to portfolios. You can use it to transfer tokens or STEEM power up and down. It is also used to return Steem dollars. You can also take care of the internal market, move and manage money and vote for witnesses.
(Presentation key)
It is the most used steemit key because using this key the user can perform all the important functions in the account. It includes the following activities:
The authentication key is used to log into your account. It is used to post, comment, vote and follow other accounts.
(Memo Key)
The memo key is used for private information on your steemit account. It is also used for encryption and decryption of private messages, which you send and receive in your steemit account.
So these are the tasks/goals of steemit keys which can also help other beginners.
