From my introductory post and previous achievements, it is clear am an lover of art and entertainment with dance being the focal point.

DANCE IS THE MAKING OF RHYTHMICAL STEPS AND MOVEMENTS FOR THEIR OWN SAKE. DANCE HAS BEEN PRESENT IN JUST ABOUT EVERY KNOWN HUMAN SOCIETY.

Dance is widely recognised as a holistic workout, providing for an exercise regime that satisfies the heart as well as the soul. Going much beyond the physical aspects of toning muscles as well as improving agility and cardiovascular fitness, dance offers one of the most multi-faceted sporting experiences. Dance, practised regularly, is able to combat obesity in the adolescents as much as it can reduce solitude among the elderly.

Forms of Dance `

Dance is done in various moves or steps which combine to give the genres or types of dance. Some of these genres include hip-hop, ballet, contemporary, ballroom, afrobeats, African traditional amongst others.
I am mostly involved in afro-beats and the African traditional dance steps.

These are genres that originate from our cultures and through dance I intend to push my believes to the hearing of all. Dance to me is more than the art of entertainment but more of a tool for community development and society growth especially in my place of stay #Bamenda, Cameroon

add alignment of text and image.
different heading fonts.

Still i can find only table and block quote.
