Hello Everyone 😃
I hope you're all doing well.
The @arrowgate has confirmed my first achievement. The purpose of writing this post is to complete the required job set out by @Cryptokannon and other steemit hierarchy.
About Achievement 2 @Cryptokannon has five questions for me to answer about Steemit's security system. Because newbie and all steemers must be aware of the Steemit Security System.
Let's START🔘
Question 1 :Have you retrieved all your keys on steemit?
Yes, I was able to obtain all of my keys using Steemit. All of my private keys are saved in a digital file on my computer, in Google Cloud, and in my personal journal. All of these will enable me to reuse my private keys as needed.
Question 2:Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?
Yes. I'm aware. STEEMIT uses a variety of keys and passwords, each of which is linked to a specific account.
Each one serves a distinct purpose, as follows:
1: POSTING KEY: We utilise the posting key to connect in to our steemit accounts. Accounts can use this key to post, remark, vote, and follow other accounts. Then, through their STEEMIT PROFILE, all other interesting users can follow and comment on their postings.
The posting key will prevent any third party from transferring cash from your account, such as assets from your wallet or engaging in inter-bank transactions.
2: ACTIVE KEY: Active Key utilised for monetary and wallet-related tasks including token transfers and STEEM powering up and down. We can also transfer, trade the internal market, move and control funds, and vote for Witnesses after converting Steem Dollars.
3: OWNER KEY: Apart from your master password, it's a crucial piece of information. Your steem account is completely under your control. The owner key should only be used when absolutely essential. Because it can modify any account key, including the owner's, it is the most powerful key. You can transfer any funds in your Account using the Owner Key.
4: MEMO KEY: The Memo key is the only key that is used exclusively for Private Messaging. It is used to encrypt and decrypt memos when transferring funds. It's also how private communications sent and received through your Steemit account are encrypted and decrypted.
5: PUBLIC KEY: Public keys are used to encrypt and validate messages and are associated with usernames. These aren't necessary for logging in.
STEEMIT WALLET: This is almost like to standard cryptocurrency wallets in that it allows us to transmit, receive, and store steem, but it differs in that it incorporates a novel notion of having three sub-wallets all linked to stem.
i ) Steem wallet - For utilise the native coin
ii) Sp wallet - for utilise to store steem power
iii) SBD wallet - For utilise the steem based dollar
Question 3:How do you plan to keep your master password?
Yes. I've saved the master password in my Google Cloud, which I may reveal, and I've also written it down in my journal, along with a few extra numbers and letters, to prevent theft.
Question 4:Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?
Yes, I am aware. It is quite simple to transfer steem tokens to another user.
Click on wallet.
Click on transfer on the drop down menu.
Fill in the username of the person you're sending money to and the amount you're sending in the dialogue box that appears.
Question 5:Do you know how to power up your STEEM?
Yes I know.
Click on Wallet.
Click on PowerUp
There will be a menu. Enter the amount you'd like to boost and hit the power up button.
