Hello steemains, I will be writing on Achievement 5 task 3 which talks about steemyy.com as on of the steem tools that is used by steemit users. I will first explain what is steemyy.
Steemyy is a steemit tool that helps a steemit user to perform various tasks on the steem blockchain which are steempower delegator checker, outgoing and incoming votes report, steem auto claim rewards, steem acount information,steem wallet and many more. It was developed by @justyy.

1) What is Effective Steem Power? Tools- Steem Account Information.
Effective steem power is used by the steemit user to determine determine how much influence a user has on steemit platform. In Steem power a steemit user can power up or you power down or delegate steem power to another steemit user.
You can check your effective steem power by locating the Essential tools at the steemyy homepage.

Then at Essential tools. I clicked on Steem Account Information, input the username and I clicked on Query to see my Effective Steem Power.

2) How do you delegate SP using "Steem SP Delegation Tool"?
Delegating SP means a steemit user lending steem power to another steemit user to use on the behalf of the steemit user. For a steemit user delegate SP, the SP must be greater than 50 that is >50.
To delegate SP using Steem SP Delegation Tool its processes are:
At the Steem Essentials tools I clicked on Steem SP Delegation Tool.

Then I input the username of the delegator ID and the username of the delegatee ID.

3) How do you check the Transfer History between any two Steem accounts using "Steem Wallet Tool - Steem Account Transfer Viewer"?.
Here the steemit user see all the transfer transaction that happens between two steemit users.
To check for transfer history between any two steem account using "Steem Wallet Tool its processes are:
At the Essential Tools I clicked on Steem Account Transfer Viewer.

Then I entered the username of the account at the Steem Account ID
At the sender and recipient text boxes, I input the sender and receiver's usernames.

I Input the amount between the sender and the recipient's at the sender and recipients amount text boxes and click on Query.

4) How do you Automate claiming STEEM or SBD without having to click claim button each time, using "Steem Auto Claim Rewards"?
This helps a steemit users to claim Rewards automatically and this rewards goes directly to the steemit user wallet at any interval the user set the claim to.
Steps to automate claiming STEEM or SBD are:
At the Essential Tools, I click on Steem Auto Claim Rewards.

At the Steemit Auto Claim Rewards, I input the username at Your STEEM ID,

Private Posting key and I then choose how the auto claim will be whether seconds, minutes or hours and tap on Claim

5) How do you check the Outgoing votes report for any specified period using "Steem Outgoing Votes Report"? (This is really an important and a beautiful feature of Steemyy)

To check outgoing votes report for any specified period:
I clicked on Steem Outgoing Votes Report at Upvotes And Flags.

At the steem outgoing votes, I entered the Steem ID and tap on Outgoing Voting Report and it displayed their usernames and amount I voted.

6) How do you check the Incoming votes report for any specified period using "Steem Incoming Votes Report"?
To check incoming votes report for any specified period its processes are:
I clicked on Steem Incoming Votes Report at Upvotes And Flags.

At the steem incoming votes,I entered the username at the Steem ID and tap on Incoming Voting Report and it displayed their usernames and the amount of votes I received.

7) How do you check who has delegated SP to your Steem account or any Steem account using "Steem Power Delegator Checker"?
Steem Power Delegator Checker is used to determine the number if steemit users that delegated So to a steemit user.
To check who delegated SP to me:
At Delegators and Delegatees at the steemyy homepage I clicked on Steem Power Delegator Checker.

At the Steem Power Delegator Checker I entered the username at the STEEM ID and clicked at search to see usernames that delegated steem power to me.
