• My dear friends. Today I am writing about Achievement 6. This achievement is about Curation and community, and I am writing about that now. In my opinion, this tool is one of the best tools used in steemit . Thanks to @cryptokannon for his wonderful post about the Curation and Community Newcomer Achievement Program.

Question 1: Do you understand how vote and curation work on Steemit?

Voting:

• At the end of the post you will see two buttons. One green butten and the other red button green button is called the positive vote and the red is called the negative vote. You can use these two buttons to vote. This is how the Steemit voting system works.

Upvote
You can accept by pressing the I accept button. You can deliver the reward by casting an upvote. You will be rewarded as soon as a positive voice is issued. Rewards are influenced by upvotes and postpaid subject to steam power.

Downvoting:

• Downvoting is the act of returning a reward to the reward pool. It's as easy as clicking the red negative voice button.

Curation:

• Using brain evidence to vote for or against a position is called curation. The person who takes over is called a curator. Healers also receive a certain percentage of the total reward, which is called the heal reward.

Question 2: What happens if I vote 5 minutes before posting?

• If you compose a post 5 minutes ago, you will lose your pool of rewards. The loss is as follows,

• If you vote 4 minutes ago, you will lose 20% of your reward.

• If you vote 3 minutes ago, you will lose 40% of your reward

• If you vote 2 minutes ago, you will lose 60% of your reward

• If you vote 1 minute ago, you will lose 80% of your reward

• If you vote less than 0 minutes, you will lose 100% of your reward.

• Therefore, a period of 5mins-6 days is a good time to put together your post.

Question 3: Who would you vote for Steem Witness? Why?

• Since the beginning of this course, Steemworld has been the best tool I have ever experienced. It has an easy to use interface. You can easily find the information here. I would like to vote for @steemchiller for his great achievements in this ecosystem.

Question 4: In which communities do you participate in Steemit and why?

• The Steemit platform has many communities. From there, I already attend Steemit Garden. There is a great opportunity to share your garden skills and photography in this community. I learned a lot from this community. In my opinion, Steemit garden is the best community on the Steemit platform.

• Next, choose Steemit-Garden , which is actually a Mix based community. I would choose this community as English because it would be very interesting to be able to share opinions in English language here. Today they are doing a very good job on this platform.
