I got asked the question
“If the world came to an end in a week, what are 3 things you would like to do?”.

This was a difficult question because there are so many things that one would like to do. I sat down and thought about this question, and I would like to share my answer with you.

Three things I would do if the world ended in a week:

I am a very family-orientated person, and my family means more to me than anything. I think that one can take away the material things from me if it meant I could spend more time with my family. This is the first thing I would do. I would go visit my family and spend as much time as I possibly could. I would try fixing some bonds that have been broken. This will also be the thing that I would personally spend the most time doing. I would probably spend 4 out of those 7 days with my family.

I have a fear of heights.

"If you’ve ever felt your heart race as you looked down from the top of a tall ladder, you’re not alone. But for some people, their distress is far more serious. Simply thinking about climbing a ladder can lead to intense fear and anxiety. These are roughly one in 15 people have a fear of heights (acrophobia) at some point in their lives. So, I guess I am one of those people.
Since I aged my fear began decreasing, like when I stand on top of a ladder, I would be fine but if I stand on a roof for instants, I won't be so calm.

I would go bungee jumping. After all, if something bad happens I already said goodbye to my family and the world is ending within a few days. I would simply do it just so that I would be able to say that I faced one of my fears before I passed away.

I would go fishing for my last days. It is something I like to do, and it makes me feel at peace. When I fish it’s like I forget the world and all the responsibilities I have. I would go sit at Raaswater which is a resort I always went fishing at. My grandfather built the whole resort, so it has memories and lots of emotions linked to it.
So, I would go fishing. Just the water, my rod and me with the hopes that I at least catch a fish before the world ends
