INTRODUCING MYSELF
Hello steemians my name is Odom Chinenye Deborah and I am a student of Biochemistry in Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, Nigeria. I am light in complexion and was born and brought up right here in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State.
MY EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND CAREER
At present I am a student of Biochemistry in the prestigious Ebonyi State University. I am currently at 300 level but would be entering my final year by June this year.
MY HOBBIES AND THE THINGS I LIKE DOING
Really, I enjoy hanging out with friends and going out for road work early in the morning with my roommate. Also, I enjoy going to the cinema to see the latest movies and going to Crunchies to enjoy crunchies shawarma and pizza.
Again, I enjoy chatting with friends at night on social media. Equally, I love meeting new people and getting to know people from different backgrounds.
HOW I GOT TO KNOW ABOUT STEEMIT
First of all, I was introduced into the crypto world when I and some group of friends got engaged in some business investment in the Ethereum blockchain. From there I got to know more about other blockchains and how they function.
While going through the net on a fateful day I came across a post by @cisca which was talking more about Steemit. Also, I got to know about @cryptokannon and her efforts in the New Comer's community.
I did not pick much interest in it. Fortunately, I later got more details on how the system works from a friend @davchi. After going through the tutorial from him I decided to sign up.
MY GOAL ON THE SYSTEM
Actually I love exploring new things. Having seen the way the system works, I would take time going through different posts across the different communities on Steemit.
Again, I intend to make my own meaningful contribution to the system by writing well-researched findings and participating in some of the tasks and contests going on in the system.
