Sorry, regarding the transfer problem on your old account, maybe because the password "active key" is broken, and can be returned with a new password, using the password "master key". Then you can get a new active key, and please transfer it or turn it on. But, just try using 1 account on Steemit. As per Bang @anroja's directive, you must be consistent on only one account.
