Muy buenas a todos amigos, espero tengan un buen día. Hoy vengo a comentarles un poco sobre lo que es el plagio y lo problemático de esto. Sabemos que que el plagio es cuando, por lógica, quieres presentar o dar conocer a otro algo que no pertenece a tu autoria. Podemos definir como plagio intencional cuando copias y pegas un texto para un trabajo o compartes arte e imágenes sin citar, también cuando presentas un trabajo que no has hecho tu mismo. Pero también nos podemos encontrar con el plagio no consciente que se da normalmente por la ignorancia que se tiene sobre el tema, este problema es muy común y podemos encontrarnos con cosas como, no citar correctamente o simplemente no colocarlas, parafrasear el texto sin haber comprendido el contexto, ademas de no poner las referencias bibliográficas de donde se extrajo la información.

We know that plagiarism is when, logically, you want to present or make known to another something that does not belong to your authorship. We can define as intentional plagiarism when you copy and paste a text for a work or share art and images without citing, also when you present a work that you have not done yourself. But we can also find non-conscious plagiarism that usually occurs due to ignorance on the subject, this problem is very common and we can find things like, not citing correctly or simply not placing them, paraphrasing the text without having understood the context, in addition to not putting the bibliographic references from which the information was extracted.

Dejando esto en claro, por consiguiente este es uno de los mas grandes problemas que se pueden encontrar hoy en día. Se a vuelto muy cotidiano el plagio y este se puede encontrar sin mucho esfuerzo en nuestro entorno, es sorprendente ver que no importa el nivel educacional el plagio es aplicado de manera consciente e inconsciente, aun mas debido al Internet y las redes sociales, esto es comunmente llamado ciberplagio. El ciberplagio a ocasionado que exista un vulnerabilidad en los derechos de autor, somos miles de personas, y hacer un seguimiento termina siendo bastante complejo, pero hay que recodar que todo esta protegido por la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual, este otorga y reconoce el derecho de el autor sobre las obras de intelecto humano.

Para concluir bien sea que infrinjas los derechos de autor al, descargar, distribuir, o mostrar públicamente una obra que originalmente no era tuya, bien sea intencional o no, te encuentras violando una ley que puede ser penalizada por el gobierno de tu país o por la misma red en la que estés distribuyendo ese contenido, y por consiguiente puede traerte graves retribuciones. los dejo con un comentario de Lindsay Liedke que dice "Charles Caleb Colton dijo una vez "La imitación es la forma más sincera de adulación".
