*Achievement 1 @odogwu001. My Introduction Post: I am invited by @focusnow*

I feel happy to write my introductory/ first post on this platform, Steemit. Sincerely, I have heard so much about Steemit before now but Reluctantly I have not been able to join this great family not until now. Well, an adage has it that “anytime a man wakes up it’s his morning” so I guess this is my morning in steemit and believe me for me to have taken this bold step in joining the steemit community is not far from the fact that the testimonies emanating from the users cannot be overemphasized

BACKGROUND

My Name is Akam peter Chinedu, I hail from Umuogharu, a village in a town called Effium, under Ohaukwu Local Government, Ebonyi state Nigeria. I am the fourth child out of 9 children of my parents. My mother is a trader, a very hardworking woman who has also been my motivator and the primary reason for the hustle, my late father was a civil servant at the local government level, before he died, he was the best father anyone can wish or pray for. His love for his children was unquantifiable and I think I have a similar love for kids even though I don’t have kids of my own yet.

Education
I, am a graduate of industrial mathematics and computer science from the prestigious Ebonyi state University, Abakaliki. fortunately/unfortunately, I lost my father to the cold hands of Death the same week I got Admission (2012). at first, I almost called it a quit but I took the bold step and with the help of my mom, I was able to proceed and after four years I was already a graduate, served my country (NYSC) at a village in Delta State in 2017/2018.

Carrer
After School, I had to learn a Skill and that was because the job wasn’t forthcoming, I learnt Solar system design and installation and for about 2 years I was into full SolarSysytem installation but I wasn’t satisfied, I need more, I felt my knowledge of mathematics it’s not being harnessed the way it should. Then I thought it could be wise to have a soft skill as well and software engineering was a good choice, this made me start learning a few programming languages, I saw how interesting it was, took a bold step to go into software engineering, I applied to software engineering training School DECAGON INSTITUTE, wrote and passes the exams and was enrolled into decagon institute to study mobile Development. Currently, I’m undergoing intensive training on mobile development hoping to come out as a certified mobile developer who could build software that can solve real-life problems in a few months from now (October 2021).

Hobbies
I like watching football, I’m a manchester united fan, I love comedy, it helps me to laugh even when things are not going as planned, I love to write code. And I love crypto.

Interest
Well, for me this is another stage of life, and I’m taking it with every seriousness because I believe that is what is worth doing is worth doing well.
I intent to make judicious use of this platform and this entails giving and taking.
I believe there are a lot of persons who are more experienced than me in my field of interest here, I intend to read and learn from their articles, and I equally want to share my knowledge for other persons to benefit from.
