I am opeyemi Ogunjimi by name, from Nigeria. I know steemit since 2017 but I joined in January 2018. I should join Steemit since 2017 but I gave time to know what steemit is all about, how it work, what to know to avoid being downvoted or flag before I join. I made introductory post then but it didn't earn me anything but I didn't feel bad because I know I would still earn and I didn't regret joining and I've brought many people which I'm still doing
I will be able to help in the newcomers achievement programs with English and French. Although I can help with Spanish too but not that fluent like England and French
In my own opinion, I don't think we should expect criteria from new comers other than their real name, what they are in real life, who they are, why they join steemit and what they would like to write about and then we advice them on next step. Seeing criteria should be in achievement 2, whatever they write in achievement 2 would judge maybe they can be authorised to move on to achievement 3
It doesn't mean not to correct the new comers on what is required for them to include in their achievement 1 post, what I mean is that the real work start from achievement 2. This is where they really need tutor on the next thing they need to do
I understand the role of Greeter Helper and the workflow of Greeters team at Newcomers Community
