2020 was an adventure for me as I walked into the world of blockchain. As a Nigerian, i was skeptical about the future of cryptocurrencies and the whole blockchain ecosystem.
As I observed the growth of this new trend and the eminent dominance of web3 and the metaverse, i took a new look at decentralised Apps and began musing about ways to see it in action. A few months ago, as i took the step to learn (officialy) about blockchain and cryptocurrencies, my teacher mentioned steemit as a social media site built on the blockchain. My light bulb💡 switched on!
It took me a few weeks of coding and learning to finally appreciate what goes on here. When incame on board i could only exclaim "Steemit ON!"
I am glad i am on this platform helping to develope the blockchain ecosystem by contributing my quoter.
