What is plagiarism?

Plagiarism means that using other's work or ideas as own content with or without permission. If you incorporate someone else's work into your work without their acknowledgment then it'll be considered Plagiarism. Plagiarism is not specific. It may be intentional, unintentional, or anything else.

Self-plagiarism: It means that if anybody submit their own previous work or mix parts of previous works without permission from their Instructor. Self-plagiarism also means that If a student submits the same assignments in different classes without previous permission from the professors. It is also unethical.

Mosaic Plagiarism: It means that if a person borrows a group of work from a source without using quotation marks and finds synonyms for the main work and maintain the original meaning and structure. It is also punishable & academically dishonest.

Everybody should learn how to cite their sources and to be careful when doing research. Don't think that accidental plagiarism is unessential. It is as serious as any other plagiarism. It is also unethical & punishable.
