Achievement4 Task: Applying Markdown by @patience90

Introduction

Hello fellow steemians, I am @patience90 and I feel excited that I am finally doing my achievement 4 today after completing my achievements 1, 2 and 3.
It was so challenging at first but I had to buckle up and pick up the challenge.

Today, I am delighted to announce to you that I will be applying some basic markdown that I have learnt in this platform on my achievement 4 task by telling you about my favorite fruit, apple.

Apple

Apple is well known fruit all over the world and over the years, I've come to love it so much that it became my favorite fruit just because of the taste and the scent it gives.

Let me use this medium to mention some of the health benefits of eating an apple.

An apple a day keeps you away from the doctor.

Apple maybe good for weight loss
It may help protect your brain
It may protect against stomach injury from USAIDs (Nonsteriodal Anti-inflammatory Drugs)
It contains compounds that can help fight asthma
It has prebiotic effect and promotes Good Guy Bacteria
They are linked to a lower risk of diabetes
It maybe good for the heart

My Granny Smith Apple

I have come to realize that there are several kinds of apple with different shapes, colours and names which include:

Granny Smith
McIntosh
Golden Delicious
Pink Lady/ Cripps Pink
Fuji
Gala
Empire
Breaburn
Red Delicious
Cortland
Winesap
Envy
Jonagold, etc.

Notwithstanding, I urge you to try one of the kinds of apples and you will be glad you did.
