STRAWBERRY JUICE ICECREAM IN HOME
To make ice cream from juice, you need fruit or berry juice. In the strawberry season, I suggest you make ice cream from strawberry juice. Description of preparation: I indicated sugar in the list of products, but I myself did not add it to ice cream. It depends on the type of strawberry. If the juice is sweet enough, no sugar is needed.
INGRADIENDS : Strawberry - 400 Grams Sugar - To taste
PREPRATION
1 Let's prepare food.
2 Wash the strawberries very thoroughly, sort out the spoiled ones.
3 We take a thin cotton cloth, put berries in it, squeeze out the juice.
4 We pour the juice into molds. We put the sticks. We send it to the freezer for several hours.
5 The juice ice cream is ready! Enjoy!
