Today I'm going to announce the selected newcomers for resource credit support under Batch 2-A. This time, I am calling the application in two phases to cover the whole month. As batch 2A, now I have selected 10 members. Those who selected were provided with 100SP delegation per each.
Selection Procedure
This time I received about 10 applications but unfortunately very few of them were selected. Some members were applied but they don't seem really engaging with posting, commenting, and voting, which means they don't have a requirement of Resource Credit. Some of them are not posted within the last 2 days. So I had to hunt more active members who really have a benefit from this delegation.Few Lessons Learnt
I observed many newcomers have not used their voting power
When checking their activities with steemworld, it is clear they have not a proper understanding and attention about voting and curation rewards. Some times they comment under posts but doesn't give a vote to particular posts.
Duplicating content
The major reason can be the lack of knowledge, we have to assist them not to duplicate the same content in multiple communities.
