Hello dear all Steemians, I hope you're doing great. This is my Achievement 3 and writing about Content Etiques.
What is Plagiarism?
In content writing or even in educational institutions plagiarism is considered to be a crime. Copying someone else's content without any permission by the original author or owner of that content, video, or any type of content related to copyright claims. If you want to use the content which you think can be useful for you, then you need to put a reference to that authority or person to avoid copyright claims or strikes.
Steemit gives us an opportunity to produce quality valued content by using creativity. Also, steem communities have zero tolerance for plagiarism.
What are the types of Plagiarism?
Using Copy and paste content from other articles or research and claim as yours.
Using other people's content by paraphrasing.
Source base Plagiarism that some researchers use the source link that is misleading or not existed in research paper articles.
Mosaic Plagiarism you can define as it is a type of plagiarism that may seem would be difficult to verify the original. It's an intentional and unethical approach to write other texts and use them by changing words and sentences.
How to avoid Plagiarism?
I think the following tips can help to avoid plagiarism in writing.
Always use your own institution and skills after researching related articles. Do not just copy or paste other people's work.
If you want to use a content that is not yours but you can give a link to that person.
Use free plagiarism tools to check your written content. In this way, you always have the option to edit before publishing any task.
I totally understand the content etiquettes and formalities that are required to do a post on steemit. I believe that by learning from my community I can learn and improve a lot here. please wish me the best of luck. thanks
Regards,
