Greetings to all steemains. Today, I have done my Third Achievement
Task on this Steemit community.

I have now completed achievement 1 and achievement 2 as a newcomer. This is my 3 achievement post. Plagiarism is completely prohibited on the Steemit platform. But some people do this mistake intentionally or unintentionally but, they do it. So the purpose of this third achievement is to give awareness to new users about plagiarism. I also learned a lot about plagiarism while researching for this article.

WHAT IS PLAGIARISM?

Plagiarism is the reproduction of someone else's work, presentation, or idea without their knowledge. This is equal to stealing. A person makes a lot of effort to create his or her creation. They spend their knowledge, precious time, and effort on this. Plagiarism is a combination of all these things that comes out as a design.

TYPES OF PLAGIARISM

You should understand that plagiarism is very low-level work. Plagiarism can occur in several ways. According to my study, it can be divided into mainly these types. Let's see what those main types are.

DIRECT PLAGIARISM:

Direct plagiarism is when we publish someone else's creation or presentation without their knowledge, without verifying their copyright, and without making any changes to our creation. This is a type of mistake that very few people make. This is absolutely prohibited in the Steemit network. So don't do this.

SELF PLAGIARISM:

Self-plagiarism is publishing one's own work over and over again. Many people are induced to do this with the will of increasing their profits. Some are induced to do this because of the apathy of writing something new and producing something new. So this is also prohibited in Steemit.

ACCIDENTAL PLAGIARISM:

Sometimes plagiarism can occur unintentionally or by accident or mistake. But if it can be proved that it is a mistake, it will not be a serious mistake. However, when we publish our work, we should reduce the chances of accidental plagiarism.

HOW TO PREVENT PLAGIARISM?

Why can't we just publish another person's quotation in stimming? False. We can. To do it, we must understand how to prevent plagiarism. On Steemit, there is a means for doing that. If we republish someone else's works, we must provide credit to the original author.

So I'll conclude my achievement in 3 pieces in this manner. Lastly, avoid plagiarism. It will significantly affect how far you get on Steemit. Let's adhere to this protocol within the Steemit community. I appreciate you all taking the time to read this. I'll be back with task 4.
