First of all, you need to power up at least 1 STEEM. Now you don't have it yet, so there are two options:

faster - you can buy STEEM and power it up
longer but for free - your achievement will most likely be verified soon and you will get 1-3,5 USD for it. That money will be in your wallet in 7 days from publishing the post and then you can power it up. During that week you can focus on writing other achievement posts.

Then, when you will power-up at least 1 STEEM you have to make sure you always use #club5050 tag and that whenever you withdraw the money, you power up at least as much as you cashed out (can be more, cannot be less).
