I would like thanks to all for supporting my last three achievements, Now I'm here to complete my fourth achievement is "Applying Markdown."

When you are posting in steemit, it is very important to write your post and stories in very attractive and very neat to motivate to read by reader. I'm applied some basic markdown on this post.

A company develops management systems for different reason, but primarily goals of these systems are related to the evaluation and development. They evaluate goals for global in the international environment includes:

Developing valid bases for employment,
decisions involving pay,
promotion, jobs assignments, retention and termination decisions.

• Informing employees about unsatisfactory:

Professional skills:
Identify individual and organizational problems, Enhancing commitment through discussion of career opportunities and development.

Effective performance management requires:
Identify the job duties at each employee is expected to accomplish.
Communicate the competencies job, knowledge and jobs skills necessary to be in successful position.

Why they engage with international performance management:

"A strategic and integrated approach to increasing the effectiveness of organisations by improving the performance of people who work in them and individual contributors."

The performance management systems should include a set of measures that directly support company strategies and provides diverse and balanced support. If they are satisfactory, will ensure successful competitive performance for thie management organization.
