This write up is all about stress I am going to list six types of markdowns that I am going to apply which are the following: Center text,headers,Emphasis,Lists,Images,Links and blockquotes.

              HOW TO DEAL WITH STRESS.

WHAT IS STRESS

Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event that makes you feel frustrated, angry or nervous.

To some extent, everyone has stress .This means that we have positive stress and negative stress.
Positive stress: This kind of stress enables you to react quickly to a situation such as when it helps you avoid dangers or meet a deadline.
Negative stress: This is a prolonged or chronic stress. This kind of stress is dangerous to the body. It affects you physically, emotionally and mentally. Too much stress can lead to depression and other health hazard.

CAUSES OF STRESS

So many factors can contribute to stress and they include:

  1. The loss of a job.
  2. Pressure from work or school.
  3. Crime.
  4. Worrying about something.
  5. Death of a loved one.
  6. Divorce.
  7. Not having much or any control over the outcome of a situation.

EFFECTS OF STRESS

  1. Stress can affect the cardiovascular system of a person degenerating into high blood pressure,heart attack and stroke.
  2. Stress can cause low energy, headache, stomach upset including diarrhea and constipation.
  3. It can affect one's reproductive system thereby reducing sexual drive.
  4. It can reduce one's immune system.
  5. It can also cause irritability anxiety and depression

HOW TO MANAGE STRESS

  1. Listen to music: If you are feeling overwhelmed by a stressful situation, try taking a break and listening to relaxing music. This can have a positive effect on the brain and can lower blood pressure and reduce cortisol, a hormone linked to stress.
  2. Talk it out with a friend.
    A sweet friendship refreshes the soul

So a reassuring voice, even for a minute can put everything in perspective.

  1. Talk yourself through it.
  2. Try to eat healthy.
  3. Laugh it off.
    Laughter releases endorphins that improve mood and decrease levels of the stress.
  4. Exercise: Getting your blood moving releases
    endorphins and improve your mind.
  5. Sleep better.

In conclusion, stress can affect everyone and some stress is inevitable. So we need to set reasonable standards and know our limitations. This will reduce stress all around you.
