Achievement 3 @serpilem Content Creation Rules

in hive-172186 •  3 years ago  (edited)

Hello Steemit Friends,
My current post is on steemitte content creation rules and plagiarism. For this, let's first define what is plagiarism.

It is about showing a quote from another source as our own work without specifying the source.

Plagiarism is an undesirable situation, especially in academic fields. There are programs that have been developed to avoid such errors, either knowingly or unknowingly. By using these programs, we can take care to keep ourselves in the clean area.

If we talk about the types of plagiarism:

It is plagiarism to use products such as photographs, videos, and sounds belonging to other people without specifying the source in our works.

The fact that we republish a work of our own even though we have published it before. This is called Self-plagiarism.

There is a plagiarism of using a paragraph or section in our work without specifying the source. This is called automatic plagiarism.

A text, any work, thesis, etc. Presenting publications as our own is a serious offense, and this is called global plagiarism.

Again, it is plagiarism to present a text as if it belongs to us in our own work by copying and pasting. Changing a few sentences does not change this fact and is called verbatim plagiarism.

It is also plagiarism to take the texts of different sources exactly and blend them and present them like a new work. Mosaic is called plagiarism.

It is also plagiarism to present information from its source in incomplete or inaccurate places. Incorrect plagiarism.

Finally, it is plagiarism to present the work by changing its sentences and word genres. Paraphrasing plagiarism. Unfortunately, it is very common.

Again, we should be careful about plagiarism while producing content for Steemit. We must cite sources for our citations.
Also for our photos;)

The code we need to use; [source] (link)

Another code we can use when creating content for steemit is the "<“ sign. We can use this sign for the sentences in the works we have cited.

“ Hayatın çilesine tahammül gerek,
Değil mi ki sefa ile cefa müşterek?
Sizce ağlamak için gözyaşı mı gerek?
Bazen dertliler de ağlar ama gülerek. “
Necip Fazıl Kısakürek.

I have read and understood the Steemit Etiquette in the Steemit Community and will do my best to abide by the rules.

Goodbye🥰

@serpilem Hello. Please add up some more information with your own words about plagiarism. Your post is a bit short to be verified. You can talk about the different types of plagiarism, for example. Friday, May 21st, 2021.
