WHAT IS PLAGIARISM?

Plagiarism can be define as a manner or act of utilizing another person's notions or labor and delude it to be yours or your own. Plagiarism can be viewed as a serious offence in an intellectual field. It is known as robbery.

Moreso, It is an act of reproducing another authors publication, story, vocabulary, opinion, analysis experiment, style etc..., using other people's ideas without their approval or not referring its to it right source.

Plagiarism is a deceitful act that draws legal forfeit because all intellectual properties are under doctrine. However, plagiarism do not refer to texts alone. It's could also be Visual contents such as portraits, graphs, sketches etc can be plagiarized as well.

Citation means admitting the real author contributions or article in your own unique way and providing the audience a chance to be able to reflect to your analysis by following the cited article.

Citation is referring a story to its original source.

  • Reference citation refers to the means in which a publication would be cited

  • In-text citation refers to the way that a work would be cited either in the body of an article or editorials.
