WHAT IS STEEMSCAN?

Steemscan.com is a valuable tool created in steemit blockchain which is used for the conversion of steem to other cryptocurrencies just like TRX, BTC, and USDT. Steemscan came into existence by @roadofrich and @futureshock. This is a steemit user tool that is easily understandable another thing about the stems can tool is that it need no KYC for someone to use it." source

In this content am gonna share experiences about exploring and using Steemscan.com and replying to the questions given in Achievement 5 Task 2, here is my review of Steemscan.com

Explore steemscan.com and when it opens the home page is gonna show the current rate of steem to USD as of now. In the diagram below you are gonna see the current price which is $0.56

Latest transaction and lastest block section

On this page you will scroll a little bit down then you will see transactions that have on in the steem blockchain.

Witnesses

To view witnesses you will have to click the menu, then you click on witnesses to display then you will see recent witnesses from the list shown. The witnesses page also shows the current price of steem and supply of steem. You can also vote, by clicking on the vote below to vote for witnesses making use of steemscan can be very easy.

how to vote for witness

Firstly u will have to go to the witnesses page while clicking the menu button at the top left of the page. There you will be able to see witnesses then you click on it, then select you can select the account you want to vote for then click to continue. Your username and activation key will be needed to perform this action and your username and activation key, then click get started then you approve the vote.

DApps is know to be a decentralized application. It consists of detailed steem. You can find DApps when you explore steemscam.com, click the menu , select DApps. You will be able to see the following.

Quick convert

---

Quick convert is just a converter of steem. To view quick convert, you click on the menu at steemscan homepage. You will see a quick convert button, click on it, enter the amount of steem you wish to convert, then select the cryptocurrency you want to convert it to. After that, enter the withdrawal address. Then click on create the order you will be asked to reveal the transaction through logging in with your activation key.
