Hi steemit, I'm so elated to join you all on this platform. I've heard so much about it and how it has changed the lives of many and I'm glad to be here.
Going by the tradition of this platform, let me quickly introduce myself to the community
About me
My name is Sylvester Collins Chigozie, I hail from Imo state (an eastern state in Nigeria) I'm a student of the prestigious Univesity of Port Harcourt running a 4 year degree program in Biology Education.
I'm fair complexioned, hardworking and an optimistic fellow. I'm a graphics designer who also has little knowledge in website design and development though I'm working on improving myself as I believe in the truism 'Learning is continous'
My hobbies
Well, I'm a big fan of reading, writing, cooking and singing. I could spend the whole day just reading and writing. Also, one thing I can't trade for anything is encouarging people, counselling and guiding them when need be.
How I got to Know steemit
I got to know about steemit from some fellows in my place of worship but i was not convinced as to join the platform at the time. I believe in getting undersatnding first before acting. So I met a brother and a friend @jehoshua-shey who taught me the rudiments of how this platform works.
After that, I picked intrest and got signed up. Super glad to be here. Thanks a lot @jehoshua-shey I really appreciate.
My plan for steemit
Whatever space I find myself in life, i believe in making impact. One could be existing but not living. We live by affecting the lives of those around or at our reach out. My plan on steemit therefore, is to contribute in whatever way I can so as to ensure that the general goal of this platform is being achieved while benefiting from it also. The word here is 'Mutualism'
