Introduction Post - Achievement 1

Hello beautiful people of steemit my name is Dorcas, and am very excited to be here, I have always heard about steemit from my friends and as a girl I love taking pictures, so being told I can actually share my pictures and earn amazes me at least I can earn money from what I love doing, below is a brief introduction of myself.

My names are Dorcas Okon Edet an indigine of mbak etoi, Uyo local government area, Akwa Ibom State in Nigeria, I'm light skinned and a height of 5.3ft tall weighing 60kg am a slim girl. I am the 4th daughter in a family of 7 and that's making me the second to the last born of my parents, I have a twin sister being the last born my family have always been first because they support me a lot and i so much love them and I will be for ever grateful to my parents.

I'm a medical student in the university of Uyo, as a kid I have always wanted to become a doctor and I must say that I am so happy to see my dreams come through, I also hold a national diploma in computer science from manful technologies were I learnt computer related courses after graduating from secondary school, hoping to finish my studies and become one of the most successful doctors in the world.

In as much as I leave an introvert live I love going out visiting new places with good views, I love movies I have always wanted to go to the cenima, also I love cooking and dancing when am bored I just listen to music with with my phone and dance to it.

I got to know about steemit from my friends back then in school thou they did not throw more light on how I can get started, not until this year I saw a post from @megareigns about steemit so I messaged him and he put me through and thought me the rules and everything about steemit and that's how I got to start, thou I still have a lot to learn.

My goal here on steemit is to make the most out of this platform, connect with people, learn and engage and earn as possible, I promise not to go against any rules and regulations of the platform, I pray for consistency and I believe I will achieve my goals as long as I put in work.
