Achievement2 @therealbhuvi Task: Basic Security on Steem

Hi Steemit-ians, ‍♂️

Through this post I'm gonna complete my achievement 2 of the newcomer's community.

Please go through the blog and give your valuable comments and support me.

1- Have you retrieve all your keys on steemit?

Yes!!! I have retrieved all my keys on steemit and understood what they are.

2- Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?

Yeah!!! I know the functions and restrictions of each of the keys.

Private Posting Key: It is used for posting, voting, commenting, resteem, follow others or mute others. Have to use it only when required, over use can be a way for key compromising.

Active Key: It is used to transfer funds, power up/down, convert Steem Dollars, updating profile details and picture.

Memo Let: It is used for encryption and decryption of memos while transferring funds.

Owner Key: It is the master key that can be used to recover the compromised account. Do it should ideally be stored in many possible places and secretly and in offline also.

3- How do you plan to keep your master password?

I have taken the backup of the key off in several places both online and offline.

4- Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?

Yes, I know!!! Tap on the STEEM/STEEM DOLLAR whichever should be transferred and tap on Transfer and enter the account name to which transfer should be made in TO box and enter the amount in amount column and then enter the memo key to transfer funds.

5- Do you know how to power up your STEEM?

Yeah!!! Tap the amount of STEEM in the wallet and press POWER UP.
