Those early experiences ignited a passion that led me to pursue formal training at Victory Catering School and work in some of the finest restaurants in Uyo, Nigeria. Over the years, I've had the honor of creating dishes that not only delight the taste buds but also tell a story of culture, innovation, and love for food.
