How can one italize his or her words?

To make some words italic with markdown, one can use the symbol ** on both sides of the word. Example ,Memory

How can one compose a post heading and sub-heading?

For you to make a headline for your, post you will need to insert the symbol # at the beginning of the row. Example

How can one make bold text?

If one wants to make a bold text, one can use** on both sides. Example. bold text and if one wants to change the style of the written but still in bold format,he or she can apply *** on both side .Example writting style

How do you create a table using markdown?

One can create tabular words using the following format.

Names of energy fruits	Names of energy fruits
Banana 1	Banana 2
Avocado 1	Avocado 2
Apple 1	Apple 2

How can one align his or her text with markdown?

Texts can be aligned in markdown in the following ways;

FRUIT 1

Bananas, are rich in potassium and Avocados are rounded fruit it helps in terms of health and also nutrients. , apples are fruits which enriches the imune system. they are reach in vitamin
