My content is going to be focused on cassava, meaning, nutritional value, benefits, and it's product.
MEANING OF CASSAVA
Cassava is a widely consumed stachy food in most countries of the world especially among Africans. It has certain heath benefits, though if consumed raw it can be very toxic. This is because it contains glycosides, thus it must be cooked or at least fermented before ingestion Cassava is to Africans just as rice is to Asians.
