After Achievement 1 I make achievement 2. In this post we will discuss the basic security about steemit passwords. In this post I will share with you the information about steemit keys. And we see the use-cases of these keys.

Have you Retrieve all your Keys and passwords on Steemit?

Retrieval of steemit keys is only possible if we have Owner key. We can retrieve all the steemit keys with the help of Owner key. Without Owner key it is not possible to recover all steemit keys.

If we talk about the security of steemit then steemit keys play an important role to protect our account from unauthorized access. We will discuss these keys in detail below.

Posting Keys

Posting keys is used when we want to log in our account, for uploading of post and commenting to other post as well. Posting key is used when we want to edit our post and resteem to someone post. All these keys all use to perform the above processes.

Active Key

Active key is very important key. It is use to transfer our funds to other exchanges for withdraw. Active key is also used to increase and decrease the Steem Power of our account. Active is also used for convert our SBDs to Steem and placed an order in market. And if we want to do changes in our profile then it is used to do changes.

Owner Key

Owner key is a key that is use to change our account password. It is also use to recover our steemit account. If we lost our Owner key then it caused to loss our account. So, it is necessary to save the owner key in order to protect our account.

Memo Key

Memo key is key that is used for deposit funds in our steemit account. It is also use for transfer funds to other exchanges.

How Do You Plan to keep your Master password?

When I get master password the first step that I take is save the master password in Google drive. In this place our password is fully secured any time we can access our password. Another way I can use is to print the hard copy or our password and save it in my file stock. In this way I plan to keep my Master password.

Do you know how to Transfer Steem to another Steem User Account?

Yes I know how to transfer steem to other account. We will see the practical implementation of transferring the funds. lets see.

Click on accout Wallet.
Next we click on the steem, in this dropdown we see the Transfer option.
Click on the Transfer.

In the next tab we see the place where we enter the user name. Here we enter the username of that we want to transfer the steem.
Next we enter the amount of steem that we want to transfer.
Click on Next button.

After that we enter the private active key for funds transfer.
Then click Ok.

In this way we can transfer our steem to other user account.

Do you know how to Power Up with Steem.

I know that how to Power up our steemit account. We will see the practical of Power up.
In this process first we click on the wallet button.
Then push the steem dropdown.
Click the Power up button.

Before enter amount of steem, confirm the your user name.
Next screen we enter the amount of steem.
Then Click ok Power Up button.

Then in the next screen we enter the Active Key for execution of power Up process.
Then click on Sign Up button.

Then finally Click on OK. It

In this way we can see how to do power up process of our accounts.
