Did you read the questions because transferring steem to a different account is not the same as powering up. If you ask me these two are the most easiest among what you listed.

I hope if you are hacked you have the knowledge too, to recover your account because that's for sure very stressful and not done within a few minutes. A safe and stable wifi connection is needed as well.

I agree with @goodybest your post isn't inviting to read, to me it'seven hard and I wonder if you didn't lost trace while writing.
