Hello Steemians,
It is great to be here today to present my Achievement 5 task 2 which is about steemscan. Steemscan is a steem exchange platform built on the steem blockchain. It is used in converting steem to other cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC, and TRX.

1.Please explain the current Steem price and volumes on date of submission of this review?

The current Steem price is $0.53 as of 8th August 2021. This means that one Steem is equivalent to $0.53 in the cryptocoin market. The present volume of steem is 54,689,719 per day. The volume of steem denotes the amount of steem traded in the crypto market. This value keeps on increasing in few seconds.

2.Please explain What all information is shown under latest transactions and latest blocks section?

The information under the latest transactions shows activities of steemians on the Steem Scan. Activities such as transfer, commenting or deleting comment, account updating, creating or claiming account, custom JSON, voting, claiming reward, delegating, powering down, among others.

The latest block section displays the ID, Timestamp, Block transactions, and Mined by. In this section, some details of steems users involved in mining and the block transactions are displayed as well as the time and date of the activity.

3.Please explain What all information is shown under Witnesses section and steps to vote a Witness?

The witnesses section displays the total witness, total mined(STEEM), last block height, transaction count, and current witness at the top of the screen. A table containing the rank and details of active witnesses with other information can be seen.
The witnesses identify the current price of Steem, the height of the block, the supply of steem, and also the person who created it. You can vote for witnesses easily on its interface. Votes can be done by clicking on the vote at the extreme end.

4.Please explain What is DApps and mention 3 DApps which you have already used or may use in future as per your interest?

Decentralized applications(DApps ) are apps built on their own blockchain. The platform has a collection of various steem dapps sites which enables a steem user to access them easily. The platform also contains a brief description of each app as well as those who published them. Coming soon will be a display of the information of their users, and transactions running on each app.

I have used Steemit and Steemworld. I am looking forward to using some of these apps in the near future especially Krypto Gamers, Actifit, and Appic.

5.Please explain How to use "Quick Convert" and what is the fee charged for different Steem amount for withdrawal?

Quick Convert is used to convert Steem into another cryptocurrency like USDT, BTC, or TRX to sell, trade or withdraw. It shows you the amount you would be getting in the currency you are converting to. It also shows you the fee charged. To convert, you just need to enter the amount of steem you want to convert. Then choose the currency you want to convert to. e.g From Steem to USDT or From Steem to BTC or From Steem to TRX. After conversion, follow the following procedures if you want to send it to another user.
First enter the withdraw address to which you want your converted crypto to be sent. Then click on create order.
Confirm the transaction by entering your active key in the steem login prompt and that is it.
For example, If I want to convert 100 Steem to USDT. I will be receiving 50.7880 USDT and a fee of 1.1060 USDT as shown below:

Let's say I want to convert 300 Steem to BTC. Then I will be getting approximately 0.00251456 BTC and a fee of 0.00051572 BTC as shown below:

Now let's convert 50 Steem into TRX. I will be getting 342.98007742 TRX and a fee of 3.51000079 TRX. As shown below:

6.Please explain what information is provided by the "Search" feature?

The "Search" feature like most Search features is basically used to find certain items in the platform such as the block, transaction, witness, among others.
