1、早养胃
早上7~9点,是人阳气最旺的时候,7点左右可以喝一杯开水,滋润口腔,胃食道,促进肠胃蠕动,但喝水不宜超过100毫升,然后再次开始进食,营养丰富的早餐是养胃不可缺失的一步,早餐最好吃热食,确保食物多样性,同时避免食荤腥。
2、午养心
夏季因为高温天气,心血管问题容易高发,此时养护心脏尤为重要。11~13点最适宜养心,此时可以做两件事。午休小憩30分钟,可以消除疲劳同时养护心血管;午饭后半小时左右适当的刺激心包经,刺激心脏供血。
3、晚养百脉
晚上21点到23点是养护经脉,静心养气的好时机,三个动作让你第二天精力充沛。一是指腹梳头刺激血液循环,而是温水泡脚滋养肝肾功能,三是捶背刺激背部经脉,促进气血运行,更宜入睡。
