Violets are one of my favorite flowers. Their only drawback is that most varieties are either annuals or biennials, which means that every year I have to deal with seedlings. On the other hand, they easily tolerate transplantation, are quite resistant to adverse conditions, so it is not so difficult to get the right amount of flowering plants.
Nature is indeed beautiful.
Violets being a very beautiful flower can be planted around our houses.
Its constraints of being annual or biennials is something natural too but I think it can be genetically modified to stay a bit longer just like some trees which take up to 20 years to get fully matured have been so modified to take just 5years.
But nature remains nature, and being a disease resistance flower, it's a very nice one.
