to all my Steam family. I am @alsarzilsiam from Bangladesh. I hope you are all well. Welcome to my another new post. First of all I would like to thank @hmetu Apu for organizing such a beautiful contest. Gave such a beautiful topic that inspires people. Those who are joining the new Steamit will be inspired to see and interest in the work will increase. Today I will talk to you about my feeling when I get the Receiving the First Rewards.

• My steamer ride isn’t too big. When I joined Estimate a month and a half ago today, I didn't understand much. Slowly, I started learning. I'll go to the main topic but I want to say one thing before that. During the coronation period I tried to do a lot of work at home. I have spent a lot of time online so that I can make some income from online. I used to go around on YouTube all the time and see how to make money online. One day while watching such a related video, I came across a video of @shohana1 Sister. Then I started watching all the videos in Sisters and slowly tried to understand. Since I was trying to start working together on many online platforms but I got some kind of reward from somewhere. I was inspired to watch the @shohana1 video so Steemit opened an account. I have tried to understand a lot by watching shohana1 videos again and again. I have learned different coding. I just learned like ten days no post or anything else after learning I start posting after ten days. In the meantime I have talked to shohana1 sister and taken many suggestions with her and I am trying to follow those suggestions. This is how I entered the world of Steemit.

• Within a few days I joined different communities. And I slowly started posting to different communities. At first the quality of my post was not so good. But now I try to make my post quality much better. At first I didn't get much of an award, just posted. But I didn’t give up I tried to post better. And I started posting slowly in different communities. At first my post quality was not very good but now I try to make my post quality much better. At first I tried to post regularly every day in a community. I talked to the admin of that community one day. He is a very good man. In a day or two of talking to him, I see bombing support in one of my posts. It was not my fault that I received bombing support. I couldn't believe my eyes, I was very happy and I thought that if you stick to it, success will come. It is not possible to express the feeling in that day in any way. It's not just about money, it's about happiness and motivation. When we do a job and see some success in the middle of work, both our motivation and happiness start working. Our interest in that work increased. I never imagined that success would come so soon at the beginning of my career. I got bombing support on one of the four to five I posted. I have given millions of thanks to Allah. After getting bombing support, I started posting in new contacts. I was trying to make the posts more quality by using some of coding.

• Until then I didn’t know the Steam Contest was organized. One day Sohana1 was talking to her sister. I wanted to suggest to my sister how I could do something better. She told me about the contest. I took the whole idea of the contest to my sister, @shohana1. Until then I did not participate in any contest. At that time sister was running a contest Share Your Home Work. I started seeing some people's posts about how they participate in the contest and read the rules of the contest. Then the month of Ramadan was going on and I usually take some pictures of all the things I do and participate in the contest. The result of the contest will be given in about seven days so I am busy posting other posts and I forget to give any test result. Suddenly one day I was walking around in my wallet when I saw 5 steam in my wallet. I was surprised to see it. Then I saw shonana1 sister transferred it to me then I remembered yes I also participated in a contest then I went to sister's post and saw that I won the first place in that post. I feel very blessed that my sister is supporting me in this way.

It’s a different kind of feeling it wasn’t just a matter of money. Getting to know new people and gaining knowledge and thinking like everyone else is a platform to see understand what is going on in everyone's mind. But it is true that we are all motivated when we are rewarded for what we do. Suppose a person is doing a regular job but is not getting any reward from him. Then his interest in that work will diminish and he will one day stop doing it. The burning example of which is myself. I would say that where you work, you will be rewarded.

Motivated

People are motivated first of all when they get an award for any work. I was very motivated when I received my award and a new interest in the work was created.Motivation is the real tool. Do anything if you are motivated.

Happiness

When I first received my award, I was very happy and very close to myself. The hardest thing in the world is to keep yourself happy. When you get rewards through any work, it becomes much easier to keep yourself happy.

Thankful

Thankful to everyone all the time. If you do well today you will be rewarded and if you stop working you will not be. Keep this in mind at all times and always be grateful to the one who is helping you.
